Baby’s Size: The size of a centaloupe.
Weight Gain: 12 pounds
Bellybutton: It's an innie.
Stretchmarks: None yet. Phew!
Fitness: Walks and doing the 30-Day Shred to get my arms in shape for Emily's wedding in 3 weeks!
Maternity Clothes: The best tip my cousin Tara (mom of soon to be 4 cuties) is to buy regular jeans/pants in one to two sizes bigger than you usually wear. It really works and then you don't have to wear those dumb maternity pants with the big panels.
Names: We went through the list last night and crossed off the names we both do not like. Now we have 3 boys names and 3 girls names picked out.
Gender: Once again people keep telling me I'd better have a girl....ummm they should have sent Matthew that memo. :-)
Baby Movement: Oh yeah, it's there.
Sleep: I need a lot of it and I sleep well.
Food Aversions: None, but Matthew and I are on a big Chinese food kick.
THINGS TO DO: Paint the baby's room. Finish painting the crib. Paint the new dresser. Hang up curtains that my mom made for us. Buy cute containers for book shelf. We have a Dec. 7th deadline!
Best Moments of the Week: A lifesaving glass of water from Nick and Sara. Do not take a long walk unless properly hydrated while pregnant. (Thanks Nick and Sara!)
Funny Moment of the Week:
Matthew and I went to Target on Sunday to register for our baby registry. Matthew had the scanner and I just walked around and picked up things and had him scan it. If you look at our registry you can tell we really had no idea what we for sure need, but it's fun to check out all the baby gear. After a few inappropriate comments in the breast pump aisle we managed to finish in the diaper aisle and get done with registering and shopping at Target in under an hour.
Another funny story was shopping for jelly beans with Rebecca. After a few rounds of failed glucose tests, Rebecca was told to buy 34 jelly beans. We found some at Walgreen's and she had to eat 34 jelly beans in 10 minutes with no water. And, it worked! She passed her test and can now concentrate on getting ready for Baby #4 in less than 10 weeks! :-)
Emily had some fun with the belly pics this week.
Had to give the Packers some love after their big win!
This was after a walk with Matthew and Tootsie. I love the gorgeous weather right now!
