July is here! And, in 24 days I will be Mrs. Sarah LaBrune-Jongeling. I am getting very excited, some nervous butterflies have started and the only thing holding me back is my darn wedding hair-do. (But, I am hoping to get that straightened out soon thanks to some votes from close friends.)
And, Matt doesn't have to worry about me going all crazy because I got my bachelorette party out of the way. :-) (In case you are wondering from the above photo: Emily bought me a bun pincher, and Nellie and Jennifer got me a huge ring!)
My parents have the tables/chairs/table cloths ordered, Ida is fitting my wedding dress, Sara made my veil, we have the food figured out and my parents are stocking up on extra beer, because we have invited "some heavy drinkers" according to my mother. I told her I do not want any drunks at my wedding and David will be on "bouncer" duty to kick any rowdies out. :-)
Now all we need is for people to pray for nice weather (no rain, no humidity) and it will be a great day! Next week we are going to open our joint bank account - ooooh! - and apply for our marriage license. Woohoo! I think this calls for a celebration, David make me a Woo Woo!

1 shot Peach Schnapps
1 shot Vodka
3 1/2 oz. cranberry juice
Pour into a shaker, shake and serve on the rocks.)

"some heavy drinkers" = "Beau and Amy" because we have to make up for hardly drinking anything at our own wedding.
