This recipe is awesome and super easy! My brother received it from a co-worker at Target.
Crescent Roll Cheesecake
2 tubes crescent rolls (I used reduced fat)
2 squares cream cheese (I used light)
1 c. sugar
frozen or fresh fruit (I used frozen blueberries, blackberries and strawberries)
1 t. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter or margarine, melted (I used real butter)
cinnamon
Spray a 9x13 pan. Lay one tube of crescent rolls in bottom of pan. Combine cream cheese, vanilla and 1 c. sugar with mixer. Spread onto crescent rolls. Place fruit on top (if using frozen, thaw slightly and do not use juice). Cover with other tube of crescent rolls. Spread melted butter on top and use 1/4 c. sugar plus cinnamon (as much as you want...I love it so I used a lot).
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown on top. Let cool and cut into squares. (It tastes the best when it's cold, so I popped mine into the fridge and sliced it later.) Enjoy!
