Over the 4th of July weekend we had some visitors from Grapevine, Texas. Robert, Mary and their 16-year old son Michael came up to visit. Matt and Robert were both stationed in Hawaii. We attended the 20th annual Saturday in the Park festival....us and 30,000 other people, that is. We were crammed in like sardines in the heat and humidity. There was good food and music and I even ran into a few people I know or saw some from afar (Hi Tracy! Hi Grace! Hi Diane! Hi Ann! Hi Dale!). We enjoyed some of the food and ate a hamburger, chips, bbq pork sandwich, La Juanita's tacos, kettle korn, chicken strips and pop. (That was for all five of us, not just me. Ha!)
