In Day #3 of the insight questions, it asks "What five songs would you take with you to a desert island and why?" That's a tough question, because I tend to change my mind often, but as of today the songs are:
1) "If I Die Young" by The Band Perry
I am in love with this new song on country radio. Listen to the lyrics and they are so true and chilling. I don't know if I relate to this song b/c I was diagnosed with cancer at such an early age or if I just like it to like it.
2) "Alone" by Heart
I love anything that Heart sings, but I especially loved this song when Will and Amy on "Glee" remade it. (FYI: Amy was played by Kristin Chenowith.)
3) "Crimson and Clover" by Tommy James and the Shondells
My mom said this is a great bar song and is from her younger years. I think this song is so fun and it keeps going and going and going.... Definitely a fun road trip song, too!
4) Any song that Celine Dion sings
Yes I really enjoy Celine Dion and can sing along with any of her songs. I could also say any song that Britney Spears sings or Bette Midler or Sugarland. Love them all!
5) "Have a little faith" by Mandy Moore
This song says it all and the remake that Moore did is unreal. I listen to it a lot.
