Christmas 2009
Bows has the cutest dress for Christmas!
And, it's time to start baking for some awesome cookie trays. Now that the bird has been eaten...hehe....it's time to think about the most magical holiday of the year: Christmas! But first a wrap-up! Matt and I rotate our Thanksgivings, so we don't eat two dinners. This year we ate with my side of the family at my grandparents' house. There were 10 of us and we certainly had mucho food, but I love leftovers. Matt and I contributed the sweet potatoes and green bean casserole.
On Friday and Saturday, I did a little shopping and of course, had some coffee with the VanNormans. Saturday was also grandma's b-day so a birthday lunch at Culver's was in order. (And Uncle Bob had a birthday on Friday!)
We also had some great friends over for dinner then took in the new Harry Potter (Matt went to see Faster.). And, went out for drinks afterwards.
We also had carpet installed this weekend and the guest room is now in the attic. I love it up there and once Matt puts in my outlets, I might make it my workout room/reading room. Now we have a big empty room on the main floor and I think a new desk is in order.
In the meantime, there are cookies to bake, lists to complete and shopping to finish. Happy holidays!
