On Friday, my friends the Wilsons picked me up for a road trip to Akron.
It was Homecoming week and Friday night was the Akron vs. West Sioux Football Game. First we stopped at the school to visit Matthew and see his classroom.
We ate dinner at Akron Joe's Cafe and the menu was all Mexican food, but I had the fish special and it was good! Then we headed to the football field.
Clark really wanted a balloon, but they ran out of helium, so they gave him a handful of balloons that Matthew and Mark blew up for the boys to play with.
A few might have popped on the ground, but they were still fun.
Then Liam guessed who was having a boy or girl.
And we watched the band perform at halftime before hitting the road when the score got up to 42-12 (in Akron's favor).
It was a perfect fall night and the Wilson boys were on their best behavior.

How did the guys manage to stay out of the pictures? Next time, pictures of the husbands---they do exist!
