This is the second part in a series of interviews with other moms from near and far. This is an interview with my friend Holly who lives in a small town near Sioux City. Holly is my friend Sara's little sister and when I met Holly she was the annoying little sister who would follow us around. Who knew one day she'd be a responsible wife and mom or three holding down two jobs and a small business? This lady has drive and ambition!

3. When did you first relate to the word Mom?
When he (Landon) came into the world I felt like a mom. I felt scared and not prepared.
4. What is your favorite aspect of motherhood?
Coming home and having the kids welcome me home.
5. What is your least favorite part of motherhood?
Being tired all the time.
6. Who is a mom you admire?
My grandmother. She made time for everything and was level-headed and nice to everyone.
7. Do you think moms ever get enough sleep?
Yes, when their children move out.
8. What advice do you have for new moms?
Keep calm. People will try to tell you what to do and how to do it, but everyone is different and have different ways of raising their kids so listen but don't always do everything you are told.
9. What is your easiest go-to dinner?
Hot dogs in the microwave.
10. What is your favorite non-mom thing to do?
