On Saturday two of my favorite people were married on the beautiful UNO campus in Omaha. I was one of five bridesmaids and everything went off without a hitch....even no rain until we were safely inside the indoor reception! My Mom traveled with me and the boys while Matthew worked and Miss Lauri let us stay with her and provide babysitting services. (Thanks Lauri!)
The rehearsal was Friday evening then we went to dinner at Wheatfields.
Beau came to visit from Connecticut! He thought he came from the furthest away, but Jennifer's friend Bettina came from Germany. Sorry Beau, you were beat this time!
Betsy and Alex. Betsy, the maid of honor, had her last day of school on Friday, too.
Nellie and Matt are the next ones to tie the knot!
On Saturday the bridesmaids went to get their hair and makeup done then pictures and the wedding!
I went to get my hair done then headed back to Lauri's to help with the boys and get them some lunch then back to the wedding prep.
Checking on the groom! Chris and I have been friends since high school and I kind of lied to both he and Jennifer to set them up. Looks like it turned out!
I LOVED Jennifer's dress! She was supermodel beautiful and just glowing!

And, then it was time to party and hang out! Beau and our friend Sara were so much fun to chat with, and like Sara said we did coordinate our colors well!
I owe my Mom so many thanks for coming along and putting up with a sick-teething baby and a crazy-busy toddler!
