While, August usually means humidity and hot temps in Iowa, Mother Nature has had other ideas this year. We have had record lows (it's going to get down to 40 degrees Sunday night!) and lots of rain. While I was driving to Sgt. Bluff to take some nuisance pictures on Monday, I saw this tree. Can you believe how red it is? Then Lacey and I traveled to Cherokee for IFA inspections on Wednesday and there were tons of trees with leaves turning red there! This must mean one thing: Fall is here! While I love fall, I feel like we did not have a regular summer and it is going so quickly. I have a feeling we may be in for one heck of a winter. Yikes!
