Steph and I started the holiday weekend with some baking! Steph was in charge of bringing cinnamon rolls to Kevin's family brunch in Omaha, so we decided to wow them with the Pioneer Woman's homemade cinnamon rolls. They turned out delicious!
And, we only got minimal flour all over ourselves. :-)
Tootsie was very overwhelmed with all of our guests this season, but she did very well. She even got into the Christmas spirit with her Santa's Little Helper t-shirt.
Our tree looked nice with all the presents underneath.
And, our church was decorated so pretty on Christmas Eve.
We had Christmas Eve dinner at our house with Matthew's family then Christmas Day was at my parents' house with my mom's side of the family.
We teased my mom that her tree was so bright it was like a runway. It is really pretty with the blue and white lights though.
Grandma and Tootsie spent some time resting on the couch after a busy day of present opening and meals.
Merry Christmas 2012! We still have one more Christmas to celebrate this Sunday with my dad's side.
