This weekend my family and I made the trip to Denver, Colo. for another wedding. This one was Rachel and Brandon's wedding at the Brown Palace Hotel in downtown Denver. It was a beautiful old historic motel where past Presidents Eisenhower and Roosevelt stayed. We danced, ate, drank and were very merry! Rachel looked gorgeous and I got to hang out with my fav. pseudo sisters Em and Katie!
Then on Saturday we toured Coors Brewery and drove up to Estes Park to see the gorgeous views. It made me think of the Black Hills with the windy roads and pretty trees. On Sunday we drove home all 10 hours in the windy wind! I am glad to be back sleeping in my own bed, but I really love vacation. My goal is to travel as much as I can now, because once you have kids I know things get more expensive and time consuming.
