Vala's

Every year my friends and I make an annual trip to Vala's Pumpkin Patch near Gretna, Neb. It is a really neat place with hayrack rides, haunted houses and pig races (I know, how totally Midwestern). This year was a beautiful day and the patch was nice and dry, no mud in sight! Here we are at the witch's cauldron. They had neat people dressed up as different characters. Here are Jennifer, Kelsey, Nellie, Emily, me, and Betsy--some scared, some happy to be cooked I guess. :-)
This is the traditional spot we get our photo taken. They had gray colored gourds this year. Interesting!
I don't want to hear any farm animal jokes! Betsy nicely offered to take our photo...I just don't think she wanted to be a farm animal. Notice I am the cow...gotta love that awesome animal...they are cute and give us hamburgers!
