Workouts kick my booty

Dear Santa,
For Christmas I'd like you to take 10 pounds off my body weight. Oh, and world peace.

SO....if anyone else is on the "Biggest Loser/not gaining weight for the holiday plan" like myself you should know that Jillian Michael's kicks your booty big time! I ordered Jillian's 30-day Shred (20-minute workouts) and have completed two days worth and my thighs are killing me! I did not know it could hurt to sit down and don't even mention sitting down to go potty - ouch!
I don't care how skinny you are, if you are not in shape it kills. I thought doing my 30-minute elliptical workouts 4 times a week was enough. (Not!)
I lost 25 pounds without trying to do anything besides walk the dog and since my end of chemo, but I have about 10 more I'd like to lose to get in my "target" BMI. So, I am hoping Jillian Michael's continues to kick my butt and gets me in my best holiday shape.
And, it's pretty bad when Holly's son Landon, who is 3 years old, could lift one of my 5-pound weights with no problem and I have trouble lifting two of the weights.

P.S. "Fred Claus" is rent worthy.

Ooh...I'm gonna have to look for these workouts. I need something for the days I can't get to Curves. :-)

I had to come back and tell you I bought this DVD because of your positive review. I love that it's only 20 minutes. I'm looking forward to trying it out.
