1) I have tried to learn how to knit and crochet, but both times I gave up halfway through my projects. But, I am inspired by Jennifer's wicked talent with the crochet hook. (See my crochet lesson above.)
2) When I was 11 months old, I was hospitalized for the flu and dehydration. I had to have the IV needle inserted in my head, b/c babies veins are not fully developed. My Mom said I almost died.
3) I have one first cousin on each side of the family. Jim is on my Mom's side and he is exactly 6 months younger than me. Curtis is on my Dad's side and he is about 20 years older than me.
4) I asked for a dog every year for my birthday and Christmas. So, I spoil Bows rotten b/c I finally got my very own dog. When I'd ask my Mom or Dad for a dog they'd say "You don't need a dog, you have a brother." Hmmm....not quite the same thing. :-) (See the top photo...does he look like a dog? Ummm...no!)
5) My Great Grandpa on my Mom's side lived to be two days shy of his 102nd birthday. He lived in North Hollywood, California.
6) My Dad's Mom died when she was 44 years old of breast cancer.
7) I have had 8 cars since I learned how to drive. (Chevy Spectrum, Buick Century, Chevy Corsica (my fav!), Dodge Neon, Chevy Malibu, Chevy Malibu Classic, Chrysler PT Cruiser and Chevy Equinox)
8) I have had glasses since 4th grade. Mrs. Onken realized I could not read the chalk board and told my parents to have my eyes checked.
9) I think about Becky Clark almost every day and every time I go to Anthon I check to see if her grave has a marker...not yet. (She was a family friend who was killed by the results of a car/pedestrian accident.)
10) When I get married I want my brother, David, to be my "Man of Honor" but he refuses to. So, guess who's not getting an invite? Ahem!
11) I love to travel and I am going to Disneyland for my birthday!

I didn't know you were sick as a baby. What's with you and the sicknesses? Stop it already! LOL.
