Matthew thinks I am trying to kill poor Bows, but really I am just trying to tire her out so she will sleep through the night. I feel like we have a 2-year-old who needs to get up EVERY night at least once if not more. Bows has allergies and she wakes us up most nights by doing her thumper impersonation. She will get out of her doggy bed and start kicking her ear which results in her leg thumping against the floor. I think she either has too much hair in her ears or she has allergies. I started to give her benadryl (vet's recommendation) and that does not do anything! So now I resort to tiring her out so she will sleep through the night. Last night I took her on a 2-mile walk to Walgreen's (don't worry I gave her water often since it was 90-degrees outside) and it worked! So it looks like a 2-mile walk will do the trick....now I need to find time to get those walks in. Matt might have to share the duties with me. :-)
