I need a weekend from my weekend! Every time there is a weekend, unless I have plans to go out of town I try to cram as much stuff as possible into my schedule. I told Matthew we need to plan a get away or a day where we do nothing....and soon!
Friday--
* We went to celebrate my good 1-year review at work at Famous Dave's
* Took Bows on a late walk
Saturday--
* We did tons of laundry (all weekend)
* Cleaned the inside of the Equinox and Matthew polished his truck, Malibu and Harley
* Baked brownies/banana bread
* Went to my parent's house for a cookout
* Visited my Aunt Paula
* Watched Marley & Me (sad, but cute movie!)
Sunday--
* Baked blueberry muffins
* Met Matthew's grandma and Aunt Barb in Beresford, SD for lunch (Rode up with Matthew's parents)
* Went to the Chancellor cemetery to see the Jongeling graves (And some of my family is also buried there)
* Planned a cookout on the Missouri River with Jennifer, Chris, Sara, Nick, Aaron, Emily, Katie, Bows, Honey, Libby Lou, and Dave and his daughter Libby
* Made a fire and s'mores (yum!)
Monday--
* Cleaned the house windows on the inside
* Went to Lowe's and bought paint for upstairs/grass seed for yard
* Went to Green Gables for lunch with mom, Miss Lauri, Emily and Katie (no room for hot fudge sundaes)
* Ripped up carpet on front porch....realized floor is rotten underneath so we tore up some floorboards
* Went to exercise class
* Went to Nick and Sara's house for a cookout (yum, again!)
* Balanced checkbook
* Crashed in bed!
