2 chicken breasts, cube into small pieces and cook
2 can cream of chicken soup (healthy choice) (or you can sub cream of mushroom or cream of celery)
1 c. skim milk
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar grated cheese
1 T. Mrs. Dash seasoning (or any seasoning you have in your cupboard)
1/2 c. green olives, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 green onion, chopped
8-12 oz. spaghetti, cooked normal and drained
In a pan, cook chicken, onion and green peppers. At the same time, have boil water and cook spaghetti as package says. Mix together soup, seasoning, cheese, and milk and olives, add chicken, onions and peppers. Drain spaghetti and mix everything together. Put into greased casserole dish and bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly. May add extra cheese on top.
