Resolute to have a resolution

It's 2010! On the news the anchors were discussing whether it should be pronounced "twenty-ten" or "two thousand and ten". Ummm.....who cares, but I'd vote for "twenty-ten" because it's easier to say. :-)
In other news, I still have not made my list of New Year's resolutions and it's already Jan. 5th! Matt told me he's not making any resolutions, because they are silly. I, however, enjoy having "goals" to accomplish.
One of my resolutions from 2009 was for Matthew and I to take a plane ride somewhere since we'd always driven to our destinations and while it took us until 2010 we are doing that soon!

I decided to just make a list of resolutions/goals to achieve in 2010:
1) Only eat out for dinner and lunch one day per week (unless someone else is buying-ha!)
2) Continue to exercise and prepare to run the full 5K for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure in May
3) Work to increase the number of members at the Young at Heart Support Group and continue to do cancer outreach
4) Put at least $200 in savings per pay period
5) Start walking/riding my bike instead of driving to places (when the weather permits and bring Bows along)
6) Only go the grocery store once every two weeks
7) Drive to California to visit my Great Aunts and cousins
8) Have a "viva Las Vegas" weekend in the actual Las Vegas
9) Take a trip with Betsy, my college roommate
10) Head up to the U.P. so Matthew can meet Uncle Stan
11) Continue to be happy and healthy
