We had a furry visitor at our house over the weekend. Honey the Lab (actually Aaron's lab) came to visit.
Honey is a very nice old lady dog who Bows can get along with for short periods of time. Except when she and Honey are eating. They must be separated or Bows will try to eat all of her food plus Honey's food. And, have you ever messed with an 80-pound Lab?
So what did Bows and Honey do this weekend? Well, I attempted to take pictures of them for the annual Bows Calendar. However, I desperately needed treats to keep them in place.
Or I could hold Bows down so she had to be in a picture.
Then the old ladies slept a lot, I took them for a walk (Interesting walk. Bows lagged behind while Honey pulled on the leash. The neighbors got a kick out of me.)
Then on Sunday when Honey went home, I think Bows was a little sad. Then she got into her bed and I think she had a smug grin when she thought about having the house to herself again.
