Our weekend was fun and lazy. On Friday night we went to House of Q with my parents, brother and Aunt Paula and Uncle Bob for dinner. I love House of Q!
I also baked some homemade from scratch brownies on Saturday night. (see above) Earlier in the day I went to the gym, had lunch at Chick Fil-A with Kristin and shopping at Target. (Still not loving the remodel.) Then Matthew and I had an afternoon date to get Peachwave (frozen yogurt) and visited his mom. While at Patty's house Bows proceeded to eat the big dogs entire bowl of dog food and stick her nose in the cat's litter box. She is quite a weird dog at times.
I bought this caramel sauce on clearance at Target and put some on the brownies.
Then I challenged Matthew to a game of Scrabble. I beat him Saturday and Sunday nights. He was not too happy about it by Sunday night.
We also had a supervisor during our Scrabble games. (Can you find the little dog?)
Then she got bored and went to bed early. It was a great hazy lazy weekend. Next weekend is the Superbowl (which means a chance to eat unhealthy food and make fun of commercials....oh and there is a football game happening, too.)
