Matthew turned 28 on Saturday. Ahhh....I remember 28. It was a younger time, a quieter time...okay it was only 1 year, 351 days ago. Maybe it just seems like many moons ago, because I am about to embark on a new decade. The 25+5 decade. Eeek!
But I digress....Matthew had many birthday celebrations, including birthday cake with my family on Thursday. On Friday I took the day off so I could ride to Wayne with Matthew then we ate lunch at Runza and he saw "The Grey" with David. (No scary wolf movies for me.) On Saturday we went to Red Robin for dinner with Matthew's parents, brother and his girlfriend Sara (see pic below). On Sunday we watched the Superbowl and ate lots of yummy snacks.
And, Bows made sure to lavish plenty of attention on the birthday boy.
And, Grandma brought a birthday card for Matt and treats for Bows.
