Today was Graham's second birthday. I can't believe we have a 2-year-old! Two years ago the weather was very similiar to what it was like today...nice yesterday and snowy on the day he was born. We sat watching the helicopter come and go from our room at Mercy Medical Center after 24 hours of labor. Graham took his time coming into the world thanks to his large melon and awkward angle, but once he was born he was loud and has pretty much stayed that way.
We started Graham's second birthday with fancy pancakes for breakfast then it was off to school. Graham and Matthew baked mini cupcakes for Graham's school birthday treats. Then we had lunch at home and went on a walk that ended with Graham having an epic tantrum. Ahhhh two year olds.
For dinner we had both sets of grandparents, his maternal great grandparents, both uncles plus Jolene and Angie over for pizza then cake and ice cream. Graham got another semi truck, a fort, lots of books, a new toothbrush and toothpaste, an outfit, a chef's hat and cookie cutters, and many more gifts. He also got a balloon!
It was a great birthday and Graham wanted to stay up to play with his toys! Here are some more stats about Graham on his 2nd birthday:

He wears size 3T-4T clothes and size 6 diapers,
He repeats EVERYTHING you say,
He knows both his Uncle's names and his grandparents,
He gets very emotional when things are broken and wants to fix them,
He has a memory like an elephant and forgets NOTHING,
He is ALL boy and is on the go constantly,
He LOVES to be outside and mow or shovel,
He does NOT have a pacifier anymore,
He sleeps in a crib, but he does not take good naps anymore,
He is a great kid!
