The month of January is almost over, which means little Behrend will be six months old tomorrow! He and Graham are both at such fun ages (well, when they get their naps in!) and I love watching them interact. Matthew and I are also doing better as a couple and a parenting unit. Adding another kid to the mix sure changes things!
January started out very cold and we got a bit of cabin fever, but it has ended soooo nice! We've gone on family walks, sometimes two a day, and we go out to play in the backyard often. If the temperature is above 32 degrees we are out and walking! Becca gave us her double stroller and we use that often or Matthew will pull the boys in our little red wagon.
We also saw lots of friends in January--kids, babies, adults and dogs! We went to meet Aaron and Mel's sweet daughter Abby, and Kayla brought her girls over for a day of "potty training" aka peeing wherever Graham felt like. And, Betsy, Nellie, Steph and Jennifer came up to spend the day with me and the boys--so much fun! Now whenever I mention Nelle's name Graham says "pickles!". We also met a new friend who Graham calls "Baby Reese" in his super cute little voice.
We also celebrated Graham's second birthday and spent quality time at Nana and Poppa's house. And, we took at trip to see our South Dakota family!
I can't wait to see how much fun February will be! We have the Super Bowl, Matthew's birthday, Valentine's Day and my birthday!
