During the holidays it is so easy to eat a lot of food and not pay attention to how tight our clothes get, so I am linking up with Janetha at Meals and Moves (remember she is the awesome blogger who created The Great Fundraising Act for Susan, who has Hodgkin's Lymphoma?). Janetha has a great idea to say Dedicated in December.
I always aim to work out every day, if possible, but some weeks are harder than others. However, I know I will feel better and sleep more restfully if I do some sort of physical activity. Here's what I have logged since Thanksgiving:
Nov. 24-- ran 3 miles, walked 2 miles (It was 60 degrees on Thanksgiving!)
Nov. 25-- 1-hour hike at Stone Park
Nov. 26-- 30-Day Shred DVD Level 3
Nov. 27-- ran 2 miles
Nov. 28-- Ran 3+ miles
Nov. 29-- Book Club=no exercise, but fun!
Nov. 30-- ran 2+ miles
Dec. 1 -- hula hoops, sit ups, push ups
Dec. 2 -- Run/Walk planned
So if you plan to take on the Dedicated December Challenge, link up with Janetha at Meals and Moves at http://www.mealsandmovesblog.com/. And, after seeing my workouts I know I need to step up with my strength training. Any ideas?
