Tis the season to be thankful

Every year since I was a sophomore in high school, my friends and I have gathered at the Southern Hills Mall food court for Thanksgiving Dinner at the Mall.  (I do admit I missed a few years after college.)  This year was a lot of fun and involved some kiddos, too.
Andy enjoyed "pizza!" for dinner.

Amanda and Sara got some Chick-Fil-A. Yum!

Holly and I were all smiles after we ate. :-)

Sara(h) twins! We've been friends for almost 15 years! Holy moly!

Brothers! (Andy and Landon)

East High crew....Chris, Jon, Amanda, Sara and me. Jon came back from Commerce City, Co. to see us all.

My little brother came. Can you tell he's thrilled about getting his picture taken? Ha!

David and Sarah, again.

Chris and Aaron enjoyed cinnabons. Yum!

Then on Thanksgiving Day, we attempted to take a family photo. It did not work out very well and then the company started arriving, so we will attempt this another day.

Family photo attempt 2, still not so good. Where is Matt? Hehe!

I also took one photo on Thanksgiving while I had big plans to take photos all day. Just let it be known it was great food. Matt smoked the turkey and I cooked a ham plus sweet potatoes, party potatoes, green bean casserole, rolls and cranberry sauce.  I am loving having leftovers this week!

Now it's onto Christmas! Advent started on Sunday. I think the rest of the year is going to go by fast.

Um, that's a weird tradition. :-) I love it though.
