A kitchen update

Matthew spent a lot of time in the kitchen this weekend.

He installed the new desk in our kitchen nook.

And, he stained more wood for the final trim around the window.

It's finally starting to come together.

Last weekend he installed new outlets and light switches.

I am excited to move our computer and printer into the kitchen.

It will be an easy place to sit down to pay bills.

And, keep an eye on this little bugger.

We also plan to update the ceiling fan in the kitchen.  The gold fixture is just not cutting it anymore.
