This weekend was a bit different than our usual weekends. On Friday night, my parents watched Graham and Tootsie so Matthew and I could take a trip out of town. We went to the Valiant Vineyards Bed and Breakfast in Vermillion. We ate way too much food at Red Steakhouse (it was delicious!) and it was nice to not have to rush through dinner with a baby. Graham had a great time at his grandparents and even slept all night in the pack and play! (Oh and Tootsie had a good time, too!)
We also stopped at the car dealership on our way back into town and traded in our vehicle. We are now the proud owners of an SUV and it's soooo much easier to lift Graham in and out of his carseat. The little bugger is getting heavy!
On Sunday my college roomie Betsy and her Mom Kathy came up from Omaha/Lincoln. Betsy sells 31, so my Mom and I hosted a 31 party. It was fun to see everyone and Graham got to show off for all the ladies. Thanks for coming Betsy and Kathy!
My Aunt Carol from Michigan is still here so she came, too!
Baby Chloe came, too! It was a great day with friends and Matthew stayed home to get the woodwork all sanded and stained! Woohoo! Thank goodness for handy husbands!
