Susan is a 25-year old Canadian who was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma and just started her treatments...and a new job. So, her private medical insurance has not kicked in and she is facing up to $5,000 per month in medical costs. I remember when I lost my healthy insurance halfway through my chemo treatments. I was more worried about how I'd pay for chemo, rather than if I'd get my treatments.
Needless to say, the blog community is going to try to help Susan get rid of some of those worries. Thanks to Janetha for setting up this fundraiser!
