In November, Matthew and I drove out to California and my brother flew out to meet us. We stayed with our Great Aunt Iona and got to see lots of family. I really enjoyed seeing my cousins (above, Tammy, Becky, David, me and Tara -- who was pregnant with twin girls that were born in February). We went to Tara and Kevin's house for tacos. It was fun to chat and catch up with all the girl cousins and Tara's husband Kevin.

Walking to Beverly and Chan's house in Friendly Valley.

Me, Matt and David on the trolley at The Grove.

In the Farmer's Market David found lots of large produce, including this ginormous squash!

I found some nice honeydew melons. :-)

We had a great time and I can't wait to visit again. November is definitely a good month to visit California, because it's not too hot, not too cool and sunny.
And, I can't wait for the Cali cousins to come back to visit Iowa. Perhaps we should arrange another wedding so they visit (your turn David!). :-)
