This weekend was very full, but very fun! We went to dinner with the grandparents and David to Clydes at Rushwerks. It is the former site of Lewis Bowl South and they've added a restaurant. I thought the hamburgers and onion rings were delish! Then we went to see Sara and Nick's new puppy Argos. He's an English Mastiff and just a little guy....for now.
On Saturday, Sara picked me up and went to Lawton's City-wide Rummage Sales. I got some great cds--O-Town, Destiny's Child, Dream and N'Sync. :-) And, I got the movie "Couples Retreat" for 33 cents. Now I want to take a trip to Bora Bora.
On Sunday we went to church, made homemade biscuits and gravy then took a motorcycle ride to Jackson, Neb. It was sooo windy, but it was quite a sight to see the helicopters flying over the Dunes and the houses that are sandbagged. We drove down the one access road Jackson has to the river. I can't believe how close it is compared to how far out the road used to go. I sure hope more people do not lose their homes to flooding.
After that we had a cookout at Alex's and the dogs got to play. Bows even jumped up onto a high ledge....that could be why she's exhausted today. Have a great week! :-)
