David and I road tripped down to Omaha on May 27th for a trip to the Omaha Zoo with Jennifer, Alex and Betsy. It was a great day with no rain and the zoo was not too crowded.
Ouch! Watch out for cactus!
We saw lots of mom and baby animals!
Did you know lemurs at endangered? And they are just as cute as on the movie "Madagacar". (Yes Nellie we know you don't get lemurs. :-) Hehe!)
Oh Black Swan is now showing at the Omaha Zoo! Ha!
I really enjoyed the zoo. I have not gone since 2007! So much has changed and I LOVED riding the Skyfari! It's a ski-lift type ride that goes across the zoo and we were riding over baby cheetahs, rhinos, the Garden of the Senses, giraffes, and the big pond. It was a great time and I am excited to go back next year!
