
I really enjoy Jillian Michaels' workout DVDs, so when I saw she has a new one out called "Get Ripped in 30 Days" in Target's DVD section I knew I had to try it out. I just finished the 30-Day Shred and while I started great in the beginning, I got bored near the end. But, I did finish it and lost two inches off my hips and my biceps grew about 1/4 inch! Woohoo!

So, last night I began the new Ripped DVD. It takes 20 minutes and consists of 3 strength moves, 2 cardio moves, and 1 ab move. No exercises are ever repeated, which is nice and will hopefully prevent me from getting bored.
As you can see, Bows is my personal fitness trainer who tends to sleep on the job.
I think it's really important we all spend some time working on our fitness each day. I know I sleep better, have more energy and feel better about myself. I usually workout around 8-9 p.m., because I can't get motivated in the morning. I just love to sleep as long as possible, so I guess I can relate to Bows and her need for sleep. :-)
